Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Present

clean room housekeeping standard taxi delay disorganized staff
The room was clean upon arrival and housekeeping maintained a good standard .
One morning, i requested a taxi through the concierge, and i waited over thirty minutes with no taxi arriving. When i inquired again, the staff seemed disorganized and unaware of my initial request. This delay caused considerable inconvenience to my schedule.

refreshing pool comfortable bed poor extraction long wait
The pool offered a refreshing experience, as it wasn't overcrowded. my room featured a very comfortable bed. It was above my expectations.
the toilet lacked proper extraction! i did not appreciate this given the cost of the stay. i waited 15 minutes for coffee during breakfast. it was too long.

really good service

quiet room beautiful bed amazing spa fresh pool
I stayed in a beautiful king room. the room was very quiet. my bed was above and BEYOND! it was probably the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. the spa area was amazing. It had a fresh pool.
There was a lack of extraction in the toilet, and it smelled of wee on arrival. this wasn't very nice. considering the cost of the stay.
Service
